No items brought back

Bug description
So essentially, ive gotten killed by a piglin brute, lost all my items, not even any junk came back, and when i get killed by the ender dragon, i also lose all my items without any junk, there might be more mobs or entities that do this so im gonna keep checking what can remove the items entirely

Steps to reproduce
- Put some stuff in your inventory like some junk, tools and valuables to see the items actually disappear String, feathers, iron swords, etc.
- spawn an piglin brute or go to the end to find the ender dragon
- go in survival mode if you arent already.
- get killed by it
- return to the tombstone and break it to see that you wont retrieve the items back
Expected behavior
I expected my items to be back, but the obituary in my hand was the only thing there after breaking it

You are using an outdated version of the mod: 1.21.6-1.0.26 not 1.21.6-1.0.29 as you stated in the issue. This has already been fixed.
