gravestone doesn't appear and items drop like usual after death

basically its like the mod never existed in the first place, I suspect a mod is interfering with the gravestones, but I don't know which. i tried on different world but same issue appears. heres my modlist
I checked beforehand if the mod was disabled, but its enabled with the default settings
latest log also says: "[ForkJoinPool-1-worker-6/WARN]: Mod gravestones uses the version v1.15 which isn't compatible with Loader's extended semantic version format (Could not parse version number component 'v1'!), SemVer is recommended for reliably evaluating dependencies and prioritizing newer version"
