I've been using the mod for a bit and may update this as I continue doing so. I'm playing on 1.19.2 and I have other mods I'm playing this with (so perhaps some of the issues may be due to a conflict as opposed to your mod itself). These are just a few things I've run into that seem to be incomplete or don't work out so well in gameplay / are problematic in some way.

Currently, the offerings which will get me the most points with Ares are both "air" (nothing). The only offering I'm left with is the Gorgon blood, which gives only +3 and is not super easy to get in large amounts.

Ender pearls are an offering to Hermes (a mythologically sensical item to have as an offering, which I like), however right clicking to offer the ender pearl also throws the ender pearl and launches you into the statue. This not only makes it a bit awkward to use them as offerings over and over, but also will damage the player.

Similar to the last issue, the way to tame an animal is to right click them with the designated item. For Artemis (I think) you can tame foxes and the default item used is an egg. This is problematic because right clicking with an egg throws the egg and hurts the fox (causing it to run off).
