seem to be caused by a recipe: java.lang.RuntimeException: The output ItemStack 1xitem.sugar@0 is the same as the recipe input RecipeEntry[count=9,variants=[9xitem.sugarPinch@0, 9xitem.sugar@0],matches=[DAMAGE, NBT]].

Fixed, please check if building is possible.
Since idk how to test it, probably your build have fake sugar item that have it's oredict nam and could craft normal sugar by 3x3 recipe....
