[BUG] "Allow Input from Output Side" setting resets upon world load for all tiers of super/quantum chest

Describe the bug
After exiting and reentering a world, any Super Chest or Quantum Chest will have "Allow Input from Output Side" reset to "Disallow Input from Output Side".

Versions
Forge: 14.23.5.2860
GTCEu: 2.3.4-beta

Setup
Confirmed to occur in singleplayer, have not tested on a server but it seems very likely to occur there too.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Place any tier of Super Chest or Quantum Chest in the world.
  2. Right-click the output side (by default, the side facing away from you when placed) with a screwdriver and observe the message "Allow Input from Output Side"
  3. Exit the world and reload (no restart of Minecraft necessary).
  1. Repeat step 2.

Expected behavior
It is expected that Super/Quantum Chests should retain their "Allow Input from Output Side" settings through a restart, as machines do.
