Expected Behavior

Pausing a boiler (in this case Large Bronze Boiler) using a soft hammer or a machine controller cover causes it to cool down. However, this does not happen when the boiler is obstructed in the muffler hatch. It retains its temperature and does not consume fuel. This can be used to create, for instance, a setup that pauses the boiler when it's full on steam, similar to many generators.

Actual Behavior

When the muffler hatch is obstructed, a boiler should cool down as though it was paused using a soft hammer.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a large bronze boiler, allow it to reach maximum temperature, then place a block in front of the muffler hatch. No fuel will be consumed and the boiler will not cool down.
