All machine recipes went missing plus crash on clicking Show Recipes on HEI

Steps to Reproduce

(With mods shown in the crash report given below)

  1. Create/enter a world
  2. Check the HEI recipe screen, no GTCEu machine recipe tabs found
  3. Place any of the processing machines down
  4. Click Show Recipes
  5. Ka-boom. I can still go back to the main menu with mods like VanillaFix (I'm using UniversalTweaks though). In some cases which I don't know what they actually are it will freeze the game, no reports given after a force shutdown.

Confirmed to be caused by The Hordes, following section was present in the log: https://mclo.gs/JFL7eJS

Don't know if it was caused by incompat between Had Enough Items and The Hordes.
