Listed are some remaining issues from the tool rework PR that still need to be handled.

• Leaf decay for large spruce and jungle trees does not work
• Electric Tools should not be able to receive the Mending enchantment
• Combining Tools in a crafting table (to repair durability) does not work and instead produces a Neutronium tool and uses durability. Tested with mining hammers
• Combing enchantments on tools in an anvil does not work if the tools are full durability and the same material.
