Expected Behavior

For the Central Monitor to work with a Wireless Digital Interface that is outside of the player's render distance render distance (and chunkloaded with chicken chunks or FTB Utilities).

Actual Behavior

The Central Monitor does not work if the Wireless Digital Interface is outside of the player's render distance (and chunkloaded with chicken chunks or FTB Utilities).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Build a Central Monitor
  2. Get a Wireless Digital Interface and link it to Central Monitor
  3. Place a machine at least 3 chunks away and place WDI on it
  4. Chunkload machine
  5. Lower render distance to 2 (machine must be outside render distance)
  6. Try to add machine to Central Monitor
  7. Nothing happens (If CensoredASM/Vanillafix is installed, provides crashlog: https://pastebin.com/LMta2jF8)

Additional Information

Bug happens with just GTCEU + Chicken Chunks + CCL, no other mods present
