Expected Behavior

I expected the vanilla ores not to spawn

Actual Behavior

vanilla ores spawn even tho in the config its disabled

You can see the chunk boundry of the newly generated chunks. the grey dots are vanilla iron ore, but all the other ones spawn too.

Steps to Reproduce

Changed the old version to the newest one, didnt change any config or any other folder. This has never happened when changing just the version

the screenshots are from a SP test world, tho this also happens in the server world even tho the config is disabling the ore gen, boundry is the old chunks vs new chunks
