Expected Behavior
Expected behavior was that worlds would stay the same between switching operating systems.
Actual Behavior
When going from Windows to Linux and vis versa, the fluid data used by the fluid rigs disappears completely in old chunks, new chunks generate new fluid data that can be used.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a world on Linux or Windows.
- Check Fluid Prospector to see that fluid deposit data has generated.
- Switch to the opposite operating system.
- Copy world to opposite operating system (For me, I have a game drive that housed the same instance of nomifactory ceu on it and told Prism Launcher to where that instance folder is.)
- Load world
- Check Fluid Prospector to see that the fluid deposit data has disappeared.
Additional Information
I do have a duel boot system with both Windows and Linux having different files systems, I don't know if the file systems for both operating systems are to blame for this, but the game drive and windows uses NTFS and Linux uses Ext4.
I did not initially include screenshots because I did not take them before setting up this issue and this is my first issue I've ever made on github so I didn't know if there were any drafts, but I will provide screenshots now. I did use the same Prism Launcher instance and did not move any folder while doing thing.
Same world opened on Linux. (I did accidentally turn to the right when taking this screenshot.)
