Expected Behavior

1.When you use a screwdriver to the Ore Drilling Plant Controller, the message appears normally whether the chunk mode is enable or not
2. Using the screwdriver on the controller will decrease the radius by 16 blocks (if chunk mode is disable) and 1x1 chunk (if the chunk mode is enable), for example, using a screwdriver on an Advanced ODP, the chunk radius will decrease: 5->4->3->2->1, and the block radius decrease:81->65->49->33->17
3. When the chunk mode is enable, the miner will not mine the block outside the chunk radius

Actual Behavior

1. If the controller's chunk mode is disable, the message will not appear in chat correctly:
   
   If the chunk mode is enable, the message will appear normally
   
2. Right clicking the controller when the chunk mode is enable, the chunk will decrease in an odd number:
   Example: Advanced Ore Drilling Plant
   
   If you want it to work in a 4x4 or 2x2 chunks , you need to set the radius to 65x65 or 33x33, then turn on the chunk mode, or set to 65x65, turn on chunk mode, and use the screwdriver on the controller to set it to 2x2 chunks:

3. The controller will mine some block in the adjacent chunk:
   Example: 2x2 chunks
