Expected Behavior

Robot arms should respect item filters set to supply or keep exact to transfer X amount at a time or keep X amount in inventory

Actual Behavior

Robot arms behave as if they were a conveyor, ignoring keep exact or supply exact

Steps to Reproduce

  1. load new world
  2. place two gregtech crates next to eachother, one with robot arm pointing at another and item filter set to keep 32 dirt blocks in the other crate
  3. put 64 dirt in first crate and watch all the dirt go into the other crate
