I have two devices one has 6900xt and another one has 2060.
this issue may only exist on AMDGPU ,and if u set "Use VBOs" to off, the issue will be solved.
When tested on RTX2060Laptop I cannot reproduce the issue either.

I have the same issue with conditional glow, plus the issue of bloom effects disappearing depending on the angle of view, exactly as #1343

Can confirm that turning off "Use VBOs" fixes both.
