Expected Behavior

Batteries in discharge mode charge items (electric tools, magnets) on the hotbar.

Actual Behavior

Batteries in discharge mode do not charge items (electric tools, magnets) on the hotbar, and have to be moved into the main inventory or into a bauble slot to be charged.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create new world
  2. give parts for and craft LV batteries and tools
  3. charge one battery
  4. put tools in hotbar
  5. change battery to discharge; observe tools do not charge
  6. move a tool to main 27-slot inventory; observe tool does charge
