Expected Behavior

Multiblocks forms when build with maintenance hatch in valid position according to JEI and the quest book

Actual Behavior

The assembly line is not forming when the maintenance hatch is exactly on the same side as the controller next to the output bus.

The debug in the terminal shows maximum 1 maintenance hatch.

For this assembly line a maintenance in literally any other valid position works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build any length assembly line like described.
2. Does not form.
3. Replace any other valid casing with maintanance hatch.
4. Forms.

Additional Information

Only tested length 5 thoroughly and length 13 assembly line.

Can verify on 90b4b9d with a 5 long assembly line
