Expected Behavior
multiblock generators to not overclock
Actual Behavior
an ECE with HOG (normally 5s or 100t) is overclocked to 2.5s
the creative emitter is receiving more energy than expected (with a UHV 16A dynamo on the ECE)
Steps to Reproduce
run a multiblock generator with dynamo hatch exceeding expected EU/t output
