This issue seems to be caused by some version incompatibility between CraftTweaker and gregtech. Specifically, this error means that CraftTweaker didn't find the definition of gregtech's RecipeMap$IChanceFunction class when it tried to access it. This may be because gregtech's version is not compatible with CraftTweaker's.
