Expected Behavior

I would expect the digital miner to start mining the specified ores.

Actual Behavior

when the miner config contains any Gregtech ores it will never find and mine them, even when the miner is placed directly next to them.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install both Mekanism and Gregtech CEu
• plop the miner down above some ore
• set the config and range
• and then activate it.

Additional Information

I also tried it out in a minimal instance. just Forge, Mekanism, and Gregtech CEu, and the issue persists.
also in the miner config i tried using both oreDict and Item Material options for filters and neither worked.
