Certain fluid display GUI elements aren't interactable for JEI

Expected Behavior
Fluids in these slots appear as if they could be interacted with. Maybe not with buckets, but at least U or R for JEI.
Actual Behavior
Nothing happens.
Steps to Reproduce
- Request fluid in an ME fluid hatch
- Try to use JEI's usage or recipe hotkeys
Additional Information
There may be other fluid displays that aren't intractable but the ME hatches are the main ones.
