Related Problem
Currently, a no-oil playthrough is impossible, as butadiene, which is essential for late-game recipes (SBR, etc.), can only be produced from oil. i wish these playthroughs could be possible.
Your Solution
as in real life, butadiene can be isolated from amyl alcohols or produced from ethanol ( 2 C2H6O = C4H6 + 2 H2O + H2 ). these can be added to the game to provide a way to produce butadiene without oil, making a no-oil playthrough possible.
Additional Information
i didn't find any but there may be other problems that could block a no-oil playthrough.
