Expected Behavior
You can view tabs for GT machine recipes in HEI without Cleanroom MUI installed.
Actual Behavior
No tabs related to CEu appear in HEI other than the programmable circuit tab, which is blank.
Installing Cleanroom MUI fixes this and makes the tabs visible again.
Steps to Reproduce
Install CEu 2.8.9 onto any pack without having MUI installed.
