Pasting the configuration from an ME input hatch/bus to a stocking one overrides the duplicate config block.

Expected Behavior
Pasting the configuration from a data stick that holds a configuration that would normally not be possible should be blocked.
Actual Behavior
When pasting the configuration of an ME input bus or hatch onto a stocking one, it is able to put the same item/fluid into multiple slots.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a normal ME input bus/hatch that has duplicate items or fluids in it's slots.
- Copy the config with a data stick.
- Paste the config onto the ME part's stocking counterpart.
