Terminal Debug cannot show that Object Holder has wrong orientation

Expected Behavior
The Terminal's debug function (Multiblock Helper > 3D Builder > Debug) should show an error message describing why a multiblock is not forming.
Actual Behavior
In the case of the Research Station multiblock, if the Object Holder is oriented wrongly (not facing the Research Station block), debugging cannot detect it. No errors are shown, as if the multiblock is correctly formed.
Steps to Reproduce

- Build the Research Station multiblock with everything correct except the Object Holder rotated to a wrong direction.
- Use the terminal to debug. No error shown.
