Item filter disappears when a conveyor module is added to a pipe

Item filter stays on pipe
Actual Behavior
Item filter goes to the backrooms
Steps to Reproduce
- Place item pipe
- Add filter cover
- Add conveyor module on the opposite side of the filter
Additional Information
It only happens when you add a conveyor after adding the filter not other way around, so there's a workaround
