Expected Behavior

Rubber Saplings & leaves should be able to be composted, likely matching the vanilla leaf & sapling compost success chances.

Actual Behavior

Rubber saplings & leaves have a chance value of -100% in EMI, despite showing up as compostable, and don't function when right-clicked onto a composter.

Steps to Reproduce

attempt to right-click a composter with a rubber sapling, or rubber leaves

This likely applies to any other gregtech plants, but I have no idea whether there even are any other gregtech plants, nor did I dig any further than those two items; I just have a ton of rubber saplings in my world I wanted to get rid of, in a productive manner.
