Expected Behavior

When "requireGTToolsForBlocks" is marked to false, the Atomic Dissasembler should be able to break GTCEU Machines, Drums, Pipes and etc normally.

Actual Behavior

The Atomic Dissasembler Voids Machines/Drums/Pipes and other GTCEU Blocks that normally would require a special Tool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the Config "requireGTToolsForBlocks=" to false
2. Hop into a World and Try to break a Macerator with an Atomic Dissasembler.
