[Suggestion] Invalidate option in Workable on structure deformation

When talking with dan about the solution to GregTechCEu/gregicality-legacy#571 he said that CEu should have:
Ideally workable would have an invalidate() that RecipeMapMultiblockController would call on structure deformation but, it doesnt
This is a reminder issue to make such a thing happen, so that cached variables can be easily cleared on structure deformation.
