Describe the bug
When giving yourself ores out of range such as <gregtech:ore_nether_quartz_0:13>, you will crash instantly. You then can't load any world until restarting.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Do a /ct give for any ore meta out of range
2. Hold the missing texture item in your hand

First log is the initial crash, second log is subsequent crashes when trying to load new worlds.
