Describe the bug
According to the tooltips of Central Monitor (controller block) the smallest formable structure size would be one with a 3w x 2h screen, while the minimum Solid Steel Machine Casing to form the multiblock at 3, but a 2-block-tall monitor only allows 4 more blocks excluding the Monitor Screen block, and of sure two are to be taken by the controller block and the energy hatch, making the structure in fact not possible. Maybe I was missing some sort of key info?

Steps To Reproduce

1. Try to form a Central Monitor multiblock like the one in the screenshot

Expected behavior
Make 3 the minimum configurable height of the structure, or decrease the minimum required Solid Steel Machine Casing amount to 2, or any solution else.
