[BUG] The Crafting Station recognizes an empty bucket as a concrete bucket and consumes it

Describe the bug
The Crafting Station behaves really weird when you craft firebricks of the hardmode recipe
this also happens with some Chisel mod recipes

Forge: 14.23.5.2860
GTCE: gregtech-1.12.2-2.1.4-beta.jar
Modpack: GregTech Expert 2

Expected behavior
an empty bucket should not be consumed
