Describe the bug
When the Battery Buffer has negative amount of energy (#716 ),
the Digital Interface Cover UI will be broken and expands infinitely since there is no absolute border of it
It also happens with the Central Monitor displaying the same cover

Steps To Reproduce
1.put a UHV 16A Battery Buffer
2.put two filled Ultimate Batteries into it
3.put a Digital Interface Cover and configure it to display energy

Expected behavior
The Digital Interface Cover displays energy within one block
