Describe the bug
Currently you can craft a duct tape with Polycaprolactam foils, and two duct tapes with Thin Silicon Rubber sheets
However, making the Polycaprolactam (HV-tier) is more difficult than making the Silicon Rubber (MV-tier) now
so players will end up making tapes from the silicon rubber and don't do Polycaprolactam chain

you can craft a duct tape with Thin Silicon Rubber sheets, and four duct tapes with Polycaprolactam foils
(otherwise people will just do Styrene-Butadiene Rubber recipe unlocked at the same time)
