[BUG] You can shift right click armor to ignore charging error message

Describe the bug
After the fix in #815, you are no longer able to activate Advanced Suites Charging mode by pressing N key(default) when they have no charge.
However, this limitation can be easily ignored by shift right clicking the armor.
