[BUG] player walking on a metablock emits null walking particles

Describe the bug
when you walk on any metablock in multiplayer, you emit null particles from your foot
this does not occur in singleplayer

Versions
GTCEu: 2.1.2
Modpack: GregTech Expert 2

Setup
multiplayer

Expected behavior
Non-null walking particle appears
