Ores rendering in spectator mode

Describe the bug
as the title says, the ores have a strage behavior related to how they render
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- just summon some ores or use /gamemode 03 to see them
Expected behavior
they will render when not supposed, along with some render issues
