The energy meter is rendered incorrectly

Steps to reproduce

Set up a fusion reactor, charge it up a bit and open the controller's interface.
Nothing changes after the energy injectors are completely filled, but the problem fixes itself after exiting to the main menu and re-entering the game. The issue doesn't appear to be related to the amount of energy injectors.
