Describe the bug

Duplication glitch for crafting tools by reparing them. If you put two crafting tools together in a crafting table, they should result in a tool with combined durability. The input items should vainsh. However they don't get consumed but instead some durabilty is used up.

Which side have you encountered the bug on?

Steps to reproduce

1. Get two Crafting Tools of the same type (Wrenches, Hammer, etc.).
2. Put them together in a crafting table
3. Take out the resulting item and the input crafting tools.
4. Congratz, you have 3 Crafting Tools now!
