Large gas turbine will stop after 239 methane buckets

Steps to reproduce

Version: latest 1.0.1 from Modrinth, only ic2+gregtech+jei client
I have two valid turbines for test, assembled in chunk borders.

After processing 239 buckets of methane, the turbines completely stopped (1000-761 = 239)

Hitting it with a rubber mallet will display the message "Machine processing: Enabled" and the turbine will consume 1 bucket of methane, but the turbine will not continue to operate.

Additional context

It might be a bug in the muffler hatch. The turbine accumulates pollution and cannot get rid of it.
Also, muffler hatch have description problems.
