Describe what you were doing when the issue happened:
I build a large Sifter and fixed all the problems in the maintenace hatch. Then i connected it to a life wire (2A 512EU/t). Then i put a washed Emerald Ore in its Input (LV) Bus and hit it with a soft mallet. The Machine turned off after a very short period. The Same error appears with the Power Station and some other (Thermal Centrifuge, Ore Washing Plant, Maceration Stack) Multiblocks.

Can you make it happen again?

Was it single-player or on a server?
Tried it on both. Dont have access to the "Delta" server log. Ask @Dream-Master for it.

Is this issue major?
yes
