The power substation is way too cheap for what it is. I'd suggest either lowering the stored power limit to a few billion to be in line with the tier it can be made at. Otherwise, I think making the controller take a really ultimate battery instead of the lithium one would be a good balance. I'd also suggest the casings take some high level transformer to account for it's transforming capabilities.

If that's too nh'ey for you, dream suggested a different recipe that's only activated when the gtnh mod is detected or something like that.
