i found out how this multiblock forms (won't reveal here for other readers until this issue is fixed; it's not that hard to figure out anyways), but i also found out it doesn't consume power while it runs in assembly mode. It's essentially an energyless assembler. I haven't tested in disassembly or autocraft modes, only assembly mode.

there also doesn't seem to be any assembly-mode multiblock "bonuses", speedwise, like the other gt++ multiblocks have (i.e. a 250% boost in speed and x items processed per tier sort of thing). not sure if that's intentional, but i thought it worth reporting as well since it's inconsistent with the other multi's.
