cutting factory speed might be wrong

tested in GT:NH recipes.
i used blocks of diamond to test the times:
at hv, 1 block of diamond should take 384/2/2 = 96 seconds to cut

the cutting factory should be 200% faster than the single block machine of the same voltage, so in other words, it takes the 96 seconds and works 200% faster than that, which should mean 32 seconds per operation...right?

in my test, an hv cutting factory cut diamond blocks at 256 seconds, which is 167% slower than the equivalent single block operation time of 96 seconds. granted, it's cutting 12 at a time, which technically makes it "faster" than a single block equivalent cutting machine, but the math seems like it's off for this multiblock, compared to the other multi's

please investigate!

false alarm, i was wrong. i was looking at the recipe for cutting a block of diamond WITH LUBRICANT. i was cutting with water in my test, which actually doubles the time to 768 seconds.

i also checked the code you posted on the new horizons discord a while back for checkRecipeGeneric and it seems consistent with what i was seeing (768 seconds reduced to 256 seconds, consuming 270 eu/t after discounts and speed boosts. no gt overclock applied afterward since i'm using hv).
