MultiMachine reverts to Mode A between server resets and the book is missing pages for Mode C.

I describe the issue below.
GT++ version is version from this commit bbb1919

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior would be the multiblock retaining its mode at all times. Also, not sure if intentional but the multimachine book no longer has pages for Mode C. This might be because I'm in the pre-release version and since it's a "beta" mode it doesn't officially have entries yet (if it is, never mind about this sub-issue).

Current Behavior

When set to Mode C, the multiblock works perfectly. But my server admin has the server do a restart every night at around 3am (when nobody is on basically). When I log on the next day, I found out that the multimachine reverted back to Mode A. It consistently seems to revert back to Mode A between server restarts every day. I have another multimachine in Fluid mode so I can't tell if that one is also resetting modes (since it's already in mode A). It's possible that mode B is also resetting modes to A upon a server reset.

Possible Solution

Not sure what the bug is here. I think it's worth noting that this multi and the auto-assembler are the only gt++ multis I know that has "modes", so it's probably also worth checking the auto-assembler code too.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Build a multi-machine
2. Screw driver the controller block to Mode C.
3. Reset the server and it will revert to Mode A.
