GT++ Nitro-Diesel fluid.nitrofuel_old has no cell and no known use.

config/GTplusplus/GTplusplus.cfg:

# Restores the old Nitro-Diesel recipes. [default: false]
B:enableNitroFix=true

While it is possible to craft the Old Nitro-Diesel fluid in Chemical reactors with either Fuel, Light-Fuel and Glycerol; this fluid has no cell.
Consequence is that: fuel-value and usages can not be seen within NEI.

Expected Behaviour

Having a dedicated cell and optionally; some reverse chemistry to recover components with either: distillation, electrolysis or centrifuge.

Current Behaviour

Old Nitro-Diesel can be crafted, but not canned.
Its fuel-value ans usages can not be seen in NEI, because it has no cell.

Possible Solution

• Instead of registering a dedicated fluid.nitrofuel_old, make the old recipe output fluid.nitrofuel that is the current Cetane-Bousted Diesel.
• Or: Add missing cell, fuel-value and usage for NEI to show.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

• Restore the old Nitro-Diesel recipes in config/GTplusplus/GTplusplus.cfg, by setting: B:enableNitroFix=true
• Craft or browse NEI for Nitro-diesel.
• See it has no cell and no visible use.
