Centrifuge/Electrolyzer not working anymore?

Expected Behavior

Industrial centrifuge used to be able to process impure/pure dusts. It doesn't seem to do that anymore, after the latest version of gt++. I found the same problem with the electrolyzer over the weekend during some testing. It doesn't seem to process any of the regular electrolyzer recipes.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create a Large Centrifuge
2. Insert impure/pure dusts and it should output dusts (and tiny piles), but it doesn't

Context

Not sure what happened in the latest commits, but maybe something changed in the centrifuge/electrolyzer code?
