Both types of busses don't work in the Power Station. Tried both the MV and EV versions. Tested with various items like Tricoder, batteries, armor. No EU transfer at all, except for one Discharging Bus that filled it's buffer from an Acid Battery. The Charging Busses don't get any energy from the Power Station and the Discharging Busses don't distribute their energy.
