Removes or hides all large turbines lower than certain thresholds. This will make it easier to find turbines and ignore completely useless ones.

Remove all small turbines with durability < 75k.
Normal turbines <150k
large turbines < 225k
huge turbines < 300k

Basically, if the small turbine has <75k, don't do the turbine at all
