Expected Behavior

The tooltip for the LSAA controller does not list a minimum casing requirement.

Current Behavior

There appears to be a 16+ casing requirement.
I assume this is intentional behaviour, but it only leaves 2 spots for additional input hatches/buses.

Possible Solution

Add requirement of "minimum 16 casings" to the controller's tooltip.
Make input/output hatches optional (to be replaced with more buses or casings).
