I was asked to forward this issue from GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#3719

Expected Behavior

Materials that produce hot ingots in the EBF (such as inconel) have to be passed through the vacuum freezer.

Current Behavior

GT++ hot ingots can be "cooled" using a fluid extractor.

Possible Solution

GT++ ingots should behave like stock gregtech; the hot ingot recipes for the fluid extractor should be removed.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1: get inconel-792 dust (in GT:NH this can be achieved at MV)
2: process dust in EBF to produce hot ingot
3: pipe hot ingot into MV fluid extractor
4: output the liquid inconel into an MV fluid solidifier with an ingot mold
5: have inconel ingot (at MV tier).

See linked issue; having advanced ingots earlier than planned leads to defects in tiering.
